Delivery & Order
When will I receive my order?
After your coffee has been roasted, we package it and put it to "rest" for 7-10 days. This time allows freshly roasted coffee beans to degas and let all the unnecessary CO2 away. This means your coffee will be delivered to you within two weeks after you place the order and by that time your coffee will taste the best it possibly can.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You are always able to cancel or change the order before the coffee has been roasted. Generally, it means you have 1-3 days to change or cancel your order after placing it.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?
You can always cancel or change your subscription at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods on our website: Apple pay; Visa, American Express, Mastercard debit cards.
Is my information secure?
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed in an inappropriate manner.
If you provide us with your bank card information, it will be encrypted through the use of the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
